Send-style intake drafts
Use this when you or a coworker wants the assistant to ask a buyer/seller for standard information. It generates the message only; it does not auto-send.
Approved test send to self
Use only for your own test first. Requires WeCom Secret/app_secret. Sends through BizCA Assistant after you click the button.
Internal group robot draft
For teammate reminders in an Enterprise WeChat internal group. Webhook URL is secret and stays on the server/local machine; this page only queues a draft for approval.

Formal approved-send workflow
Choose a current deal + known WeCom recipient, generate an intake message, then approve and send from Scheduled. For customer sends, keep using review-first mode until the external contact is confirmed.
WeCom recipient directory
This stores non-secret recipient IDs only. Add teammates now; add customers after they are confirmed in WeCom external contacts.

External-contact binding
Live customer mode requires mapping a customer's Enterprise WeChat external_userid to the CRM person/deal. The app is not a normal human contact; this mapping makes customer replies route to the right record.
- Add customer through Enterprise WeChat external contact flow.
- Capture/confirm external_userid.
- Save them in recipient directory as customer_confirmed.
- Keep human approval before first customer message.
Paste a natural-language update or screenshot/OCR note from you, a coworker, buyer, seller, lawyer, landlord, or future Enterprise WeChat bot. It becomes a local CRM review item first; nothing is sent externally or applied without approval.
Webhook sandbox
Local API endpoint for future Enterprise WeChat callback testing: POST /api/wecom/inbound with sender, text, optional message_type, screenshot_note, and screenshot_path. It records to the same review inbox and never applies changes without approval.

Production endpoint shape: GET/POST /wecom/callback. Text messages are recorded. Image messages are recorded as media metadata first. Outbound WeCom sending still requires explicit human approval.
