Bind a WeCom external_userid to a BizCA CRM deal/person. This is the bridge for future customer replies to become CRM review items instead of floating chat history. No customer message is sent from this page.

How this will be used

  1. Customer replies in Enterprise WeChat.
  2. Callback records inbound text/image metadata.
  3. This binding lets BizCA guess the deal/person.
  4. Update goes to Review Inbox first.
  5. Founder approves before CRM update or outbound follow-up.
