WeCom External Contact Binding
Bind a WeCom external_userid to a BizCA CRM deal/person. This is the bridge for future customer replies to become CRM review items instead of floating chat history. No customer message is sent from this page.

How this will be used
- Customer replies in Enterprise WeChat.
